To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it

My only other rule is you can only return/exchange up to TWO items at once. DO NOT buy 8 things from my store & expect me to let you send everything back, after I've meticulously wrapped & shipped your order with nice cards and all that. Thanks for your understanding and patience!
